what we never collect

who we share it with

Only the services that run Billz, each bound by a data processing agreement:

Some of these are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Other Billz users only see what you choose to show: your display name (or "anonymous"), your bill with personal details blurred, and never your phone number or email.

how long we keep it

your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email aelboudali@gmail.com and we'll answer within a month. Deleting your account removes your sign-in details; payment records we must keep by law stay until their legal period ends.

If you think we've got something wrong, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

age

Billz is for adults (18+). The ID check confirms this.

changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app when it matters.
